RBC Sports Day

RBC Sports Day in Canada is an opportunity to cheer for sport in the truest form there is – with no one allegiance to a particular sport, club or region. We are cheering for the freedom to participate and be active in all the opportunities that are around us here in Canada that we may be fortunate enough to take part in at some point in our lives.

On November 21st, I will be participating at the free event hosted by the Township and City of Langley at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, BC. I will be running activities for the kids (and parents) encouraging them to choose to be active! The event will be highlighting ice sports and will have the rink open for everyone to try different ice sports, such as hockey, broomball, figure skating, sledge hockey, ringette and even bobsleigh, luge and skeleton! We will have land sports there as well and many organizations showcasing all the ways that they help promote active and healthy choices. If you live near Langley, come play with me there! If not, check out the link below for events in your area.
